How do I register an account?

Change or reset your password here. Just enter the email you used to create the account.

How do I change my address or add a new one?

Log into your account.
Then click on 'Add/Edit Address' under Address Book.
Now you can change or add additional addresses.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order online at wilsonamplifiers.ca or call in at 1-800-373-2927 to speak to our customer support.

Will I get confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will be emailed order confirmation after placing an order. You can also login at https://www.wilsonamplifiers.ca/login.php and view your order details.

Can I make changes to my order?

We normally ship same day, so it's highly recommended that you call in at 1-800-373-2927 to speak to our customer support. Or you can email sales@wilsonamplifiers.ca

Payment Options

What payment options are accepted?

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) as well as PayPal, personal and corporate checks.

Are taxes, customs charges and/or import duties included?

Depending on shipping destination and type of item, all items are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and/or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). Please refer to the tax chart for fees:

Alberta: 5% GST
British Columbia: 5% GST
Manitoba: 5% GST
New Brunswick: 15% HST
Newfoundland and Labrador: 15% HST
Northwest Territories: 5% GST
Nova Scotia 15% HST
Nunavut: 5% GST
Ontario: 13% HST
Prince Edward Island: 15% HST
Québec: 14.975% GST + PST
Saskatchewan: 5% GST
Yukon: 5% GST

If you are a tax-exempt organization or agency from one of the above states and do not wish to pay sales tax at checkout, please email your valid Tax Exempt Certificate to sales@wilsonamplifiers.ca prior to purchase.

How do I apply a discount code?

During the checkout process, under 'Your Order Summary,' you will see 'Have a coupon' box. Simply enter the coupon code and get your discount.

Shipping Rates and Options

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping is FREE to Ontario & Quebec on orders over $49.99, for orders under $49.99, we charge a flat-rate fee of $9.99 to these two provinces. Expedited and Next Day shipping are avaliable for a fee. Pricing depends on state and postal carrier.

Where do you deliver to?

Wilson Amplifiers delivers to all CA Provinces and Territories

Do you require a Signature for Delivery?

Some higher valued items/ packages may require a signature for delivery of the shipment.

Exchanges & Refunds

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if you are within your 30-day trial period, simply email (sales@wilsonamplifiers.ca) or call us (1-800-373-2927). We'd be happy to help with exchanging and crediting products.

Can I return items for a refund?

Yes, if you are within your 30-day trial period, simply email (sales@wilsonamplifiers.ca) or call us (1-800-373-2927). We'd be happy to help with the refund process.

I have a faulty item. How do I return it?

If you are within your 2-year manufacturer's warranty, simply email (sales@wilsonamplifiers.ca) or call us (1-800-373-2927). We will gladly help you with replacing or finding a solution.
