The Zinwave Unitivity 5000 Primary Hub receives RF signals from the RF source and converts them to optical. It can handle frequencies from 150 MHz to 2.7 GHz.
The Zinwave Unitivity 5000 Public Safety Remote Unit is designed to convert and amplify incoming and outgoing signals. It connects to the Primary or Secondary Hub and is typically mounted above ceiling tiles or out-of-sight locations in any orientation. The two N-Female connectors allow the integration of two antennas.
Public Safety Remote Unit supports all frequencies from 150-2700 MHz, including VHF, UHF, FirstNet Band 14, and all TETRA bands in any combination. With up to 23 dBm downlink power, a single Public Safety RU offers incredible coverage for dependable two-way communication.
Enclosure is NEMA4 rated. To make it IP66 rated, the Public Safety Splice Tray (sold separately) must be attached. Featuring three cable entry points, the tray allows maximum flexibility across various fiber, power, and alarm configurations. NFPA-compliant alarming connections are included.
