Depending on the item or timing of order, any order placed through Wilsonamplifiers.com may ship directly from the manufacturer, directly from our warehouse, or from both locations.

To help other customers select best Products for their needs, we encourage our customers to leave accurate and truthful Product reviews and/or purchase feedback. If you are not fully satisfied with your Products, you may return them within 30 days from the date of receipt as long as all original components are included, all returned items are in new and undamaged condition, and a copy of the original dated purchase receipt is included, as stated on our Return & Exchange footer page. Preorders are usually billed at the time of availability or shipment but the preauthorization charge may be processed to ensure payment availability.

We do our best to process and ship all in-stock items within 1 business day. Special order and out-of-stock items may take considerably longer time to be processed and shipped.

Our shipping rates are primarily calculated based on the actual weight or dimensional weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service you selected (standard, priority, or express). We may elect, in its sole discretion, to issue a formal warning before assessing any damages.

If we and/or a court of law find you guilty of the above violations, you agree to pay all of the above penalty reimbursements to WilsonAmplifiers in full and within thirty (30) days from the date when we send you the written violation notice. All appeals must be initiated by the offender or its authorized agent within thirty (30) days from mail date of violation notice from us.

The above penalty payments for the specified violations only constitute reimbursement to us and will not remove any potential criminal penalties or third party legal ramifications.
